Sampleman is licensed by Isaac Rose, trading as IBR Audio. Contact: [email protected].

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to use Sampleman on computers you own or primarily control. The license is for one purchaser; it does not cover sharing the plug-in with other users.

You may use Sampleman and its included sounds in your own music, including commercial releases. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plug-in, installer, or included factory sounds as a standalone product or sample library. A transfer of your license to another person requires prior written approval from Isaac Rose at the contact email above.

Ownership of Sampleman and its included content is not transferred to you. This license does not grant rights to third-party audio you import. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Versions and updates

Your purchase includes Sampleman version 0.1.0, offered as a full release. It is a one-time purchase, with no subscription. Future updates and upgrades, if offered, may be free or paid; pricing and eligibility will be announced separately. This purchase does not promise lifetime updates or future major versions.
